Full Wedding Coordination

From the Engagement to your Wedding Day, we will work with you to plan your special day.

Our services include:

• consultations with the couple as needed;
• providing advice on etiquette;
• vendor recommendations;
• preparing and maintaining a wedding schedule;
• contacting and attendance at vendors, if required;
• providing advice and ideas on theme weddings, decor, centerpieces, etc.
• supervise and coordinate wedding rehearsal, ceremony, photo location;
• wedding day emergency kit.

This package includes an assistant in addition to the Wedding Coordinator during the wedding day.

Wedding Day Coordination

We will assist in making the day run smoothly.

Our services include:

• in-person consultation two weeks prior to the wedding to review the details for the day of the wedding;
• vendor confirmation two weeks prior to wedding;
• attendance at the rehearsal;
• attendance and coordination the day of wedding;
• attendance at photo shoot;
• Wedding Day Emergency Kit

This package includes an assistant in addition to the Wedding Coordinator during the wedding day.

Consulting

Based on an hourly rate, we will provide assistance and guidance on questions the couple may have planning their own wedding. We can provide suggestions and money saving tips, develop a budget and create wedding day itinerary, checklists and timelines.
